I love Dunnes Stores. I visited this one on Lesley Forestside today to have a look to offers and buy some clothes. Always a good retail shop with good clothes and variety. The quality of their brands are very good and I'm always satisfied coming to this shop. I recommend Dunnes Stores.
Service is always so slow. And why do managers and senior staff never step up to serve customers to clear the long queues needing to be served? They are often literally standing in view of customers and too important to help out those stuck on tills. Trying to look busy but doing very little. The quality of Dunnes products never seem to improve either. Ever. Why?
Nothing here for me. Dunnes Stores is great for food, unfortunately the branch in Bow Street Mall don't sell food, just clothing and homeward, which is basic and tacky.

Not hugely impressed. At 0925 this morning in the children's dept. My partner went to the children's counter and had to wait to be served even though there were 3 members of staff at the counter. Then my partner did not purchase items as they were not clearly priced on the shelf so that at the checkout the price was unexpected and, of course, higher. Most unfortunate as up to that point I had been impressed by the range and quality of items.
Cashiers flat out.but happy to chat with the customer not buying anything.when there is queue of 12 people waiting be served
Horrible shopping experience if you could even call it shopping, when you don't see what you want and leave empty handed. Instead of having sections for, say, lingerie, t shirts, trousers, everything is bundled together in wee bitty groups, presumably in what they call 'collections'. So if you only want to browse swim wear, you've to tour the whole shop. As well as that the queue is miles long and blocks the shopping area. here's a wee thought, employ more staff and tidy the shop up a bit into easily shopped sections. Left without buying anything.
